Ireland Direct Payment Support is a self-contained, not for profit, social enterprise established by Autism Support Louth&Meath.

We provide a Direct Payments Support Service to people with disabilities and their families who are managing a Direct Payment from the HSE.

We aim to provide high quality, person-centred support services to empower you or your family member to take control of your life and achieve your goals.

Our work is firmly grounded in our core values and beliefs that every person has equal rights to access of services and support and that the same range of opportunities and facilities should be available to disabled people as are available to others. We uphold these principles in all we do.

Ireland Direct Payment Support can support you with:

• Ongoing technical advice and information on all aspects of managing your direct payment.
• Employing staff legally, ensuring tax compliance & being a good employer.
• Managing the paperwork for your Direct Payment.
• Assisting with the recruitment of a Personal Assistant/Home Support Worker.
• Carrying out Garda Clearance
• Calculating your Direct Payment budget with you as detailed in the support agreement
• Helping you to balance your Direct Payment budget.
• Supporting with any employment law issues.
• Signposting to other relevant services.
